Tatiana is an RMT and practitioner of Osteopathy. As an RMT licensed by CMTO (College of Massage Therapists Ontario), she completed her education at the College International Academy of Massage in Ottawa. To become a Manual Osteopathic practitioner, certified by the National Manual Osteopathic Society (NMOS), she completed her education at SOCO (Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy). Additionally, Tatiana has successfully pursued other education, such as obtaining her Reiki Master Accreditation Certificate.
Tatiana has an extensive background as a health practitioner, having worked in private and public practices, such as physiotherapy clinics, spas, and health care centers. She has treated a variety of demographics. Her scope of practice is not limited to age, as she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors alike.
As the fourth generation of healing and health advocates in her family, Tatiana has more than 19 years of working experience and is well-known in the massage community of Ottawa. Through her practice, she has treated various conditions, including but not limited to: Sports and motor vehicle accident injuries, migraine/tension headache, joint pain, back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, TMJ, repetitive strain injuries, stress, and anxiety disorders. Tatiana specializes in body alignment.
Tatiana believes in a holistic and cooperative approach to treatment, believing in the importance of strengthening the mind and body. She understands that there is not a “one-size-fits-all” method for treatment, as such, she can employ a variety of techniques such as Swedish Massage techniques, Muscle energy technique, Trigger point release, hydrotherapy, manual lymph drainage, myofascial release technique (MFR), cupping, cranial sacral therapy, body alignment and more. She is constantly furthering her knowledge, currently learning to do the “Face Yoga Method”: facial fitness helping to build facial muscle and maintain it naturally. She is studying more specialized courses to help patients recovering from post-concussion as well.
Tatiana stresses the importance of a healthy work-life balance, and she does so by enjoying meditation, facial yoga, sports activities, and improving her spirituality.
